First, a professional from Wellnexx_clinic helps you adjust the Inverter to the crrect length, and then once secured, you gently and slowly lean your weight back until you start to move, a bit like the "see-saw" we played on as a child. you'll feel confortable at first trying to teeter-totter back to about horizontal, and then you'll find a comfortabl angle for the day's session.
